There are two types of scenes at Public Disgrace. The first takes place indoors. It's either on the set at the studios with a big audience of regular folks or it's in a public location like a convenience store, bar or club. They're filmed outdoors and I'm certain that they're filmed in Europe because they have less stringent rules on public nudity over there.
